In Your Arms explores the theme of unity and togetherness, showcasing the profound connection among people.  This project was originally rooted in a moment when I told the first person I had ever fallen in love with that I always wanted to be in their embrace. The euphoria of being in love inspired me to capture intimate moments shared between couples. I became more aware of the subtle instances of everyday life-- the shared earbuds, the intertwining of pinkies, etcetera. Drawing from this feeling, I integrated portraits taken with one of my close friends and her girlfriend, along with moments that resonated with me as manifestations of love and unity between two individuals. Creating this project allowed me to reflect on my personal experiences of love and togetherness, and challenge me to not just capture images, but convey those emotions as well. In Your Arms is a testament to the feeling of being in love and the way it presents itself in various ways.
